The location is nice and quiet as it is not in the tourist part of the island, so it is suitable as a starting point for exploring the island and for rest in peace and surrounded by nature. Nearby are a couple of smaller towns with some nice restaurants and cafes. A grocery store is a few minutes away. Ingvar and his family are very nice and friendly.

  If I visit Lanzarote again these apartments will be my first option. If a friend asks me for a nice place to stay in Lanzarote, I'll recommend these appartments. So... read more easy as it sounds 🙂

  Nothing short of excellent. Ingvar and Ananda’s efforts go above and beyond, the apartment was spotless (they’re from Norway, jaja) and were so easy and accommodating. The town is a 3-4 minute drive, there’s a private beach that’s so lovely, esp at low tide, and it’s spacious and full of light. Excellent.

  Unser Besuch als Paar mit Baby für drei Nächte in einem der drei Bungalows war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft liegt im Norden abseits vom Massentourismus nah an der Hauptstraße, die man... read more aber nicht hört, zudem an einer einsamen Bucht, an der man bei Ebbe traumhaft und alleine baden gehen kann. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit Ingvar war hervorragend und wir konnten ihn auch persönlich antreffen. Bedingt durch Corona konnten einige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen nicht durchgeführt werden, was zusammen mit der etwas mageren Ausstattung in der Küche der einzige Grund dafür ist, dass wir keine volle Punktzahl vergeben können. Dennoch können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besonders für Familien lohnt sich die Anmietung des Haupthauses. Als größere Gruppe kann man auch super die ganze Anlage (bestehend aus Haupthaus und drei Bungalows) mieten. Wer etwas Abgeschiedenheit (Mietwagen von Vorteil) und Ruhe vom Pauschaltourismus im Süden der Insel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

I can... read more totally recommend Playa Marina. Arrieta is a nice and quiet place away from big tourism. With the car you can reach any place you want to be in max. 1 hour, so its perfect to explore the island, while chill on the quiet side of life. All thumbs up.

We will definitely come here again next time we are back in Lanzarote.
